Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the phmoney Service, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall first be submitted to phmoney's customer support team for informal resolution. phmoney will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
